• Use long file names for program data files
• Rename your program file and add comment information
• Associate text or graphic information to a specific data file using Rich Comment
• Group work numbers from different data files into a new data file
• Extract one or more work numbers from a file originally saved with multiple work numbers
• Back up data files to your hard drive or onto a floppy disk for a more permanent “hard” copy
