NCX2Check - Machine Simulation for Mastercam

What is NcX2Check?

NcX2Check is the first integrated NC-Code based crash-test software. No CAM software other than Mastercam has its own integrated NC-Code based machine collision checking and verification module. This avoids the annoying manual testing procedure on the machine, avoids errors, and collisions. Use NcX2Check for maximum efficiency and highest process reliability of postprocessor generated and manually modified toolpaths.

What does NcX2Check Do?

NcX2Check is fully compatible and seamlessly integrated with Mastercam Machine simulation.

NcX2Check extracts tool and work piece information straight from the Mastercam operations. There is no need to spend time and efforts to define separate tool libraries.

Completely post supplier independent
Since it works on pure G-Code and on Mastercam’s internal operation information other than other Machine Verification software suppliers NcX2Check supports post processors of every supplier.
